Finance Officer

Responsibilities:
- Assist to formulate the account receivable management system and account reconciliation system
- According to the accounting side and the relevant provisions of the record accounting system finally accounts receivable related activities
- Establish and maintain document information of accounts receivable, and manage the data information of the arrears customers
- Through the analysis of accounts receivable accounts receivable to put forward specific proposals, collection strategy recommendations
- Monthly statistical reports on monthly receivables are submitted on a regular basis
- To deal with daily affairs within the financial affairs, to complete the temporary work of the superiors.

Work requirements:
- Accounting or financial management college education, more than two years of accounting work experience is preferred
- Excellent English and Cantonese speaking and writing skills
- Familiar with accounting standards or accounting certificate, accounting experience in the service industry is preferred;
- Familiar with Office software, especially skilled use of Excel formula and statistical analysis
- Have good communication skills, logical thinking clear, careful and meticulous work, learning ability, hard-working, have a good professional ethics and service concept.


财务行政助理

工作职责:
- 协助主管制定应收账款管理制度,账款催讨办法等对账制度
- 根据会计准侧和有关规定,记录会计系统终于应收账款有关的活动
- 建立,维护应收账款的文档信息,管理欠款客户的数据信息
- 通过账款分析,对超期的应收账款提出具体处理建议,收款策略建议
- 每月定期提交月度应收账款的统计报表
- 处理财务内的日常事务,完成上级交代的临时工作。
 
工作要求:
- 会计或财务管理大专以上学历,两年以上会计工作经验优先
- 具有优秀英文和粤语口语和书写能力
- 熟悉会计准则或有会计证书,有服务性行业会计工作经验者优先;
- 熟悉Office办公软件, 尤其熟练运用Excel中的公式和统计分析
- 具有良好的沟通能力,逻辑思维清晰,做事认真细致,学习能力强, 吃苦耐劳,具备良好的职业道德及服务理念。
