职位描述：
1. Post AP Invoice in SAP, work with Buyers and warehouse to make sure the accuracy.
    发票校验，与采购和仓库合作确保应付账款的正确性。
2. Arrange Monthly Payment. Work with Cashier to arrange payments, especially the foreign currency payment.
安排月度付款计划，与出纳合作安排到期付款，特别是外币付款。
3. Employee Reimbursement. Check the expenses claim report and post into SAP.
审核并在系统录入员工报销。
4. Intercompany transactions & AR/AP reconciliation.
内部公司事项与应收应付账款调节表。
5. Month-end closing process, such as exchange revaluation etc.
月结，例如调汇等。
6. Reply queries from Vendors.
回答并跟进供应商的问题。
7. Upload all AP invoice in SAP.
上传发票到SAP系统。
8. Other tasks assigned by Superior
上级安排的其他任务。

职位要求
Qualifications and Requirements

1. Education background:
University degree in accounting (preferable but not essential)
Written and spoken English to a minimum of CET 4

2. Professional knowledge/Skill/Quality:
Accounting Certificate

3. Working experience:
At least 2 year relevant working experience, preferably in the Zhuhai Free Trade Zone.
Familiar with MS office
         
4.Others:
Good communication skills
