职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 制定外贸部销售目标并有效分解，带领团队达成销售目标；
2. 制定营销政策、策略、销售方案，并组织实施；
3. 建立规范化的营销体系及制度，工作流程，带领团队高效工作；
4. 有效识别潜力客户、大客户，做好市场开发规划和重点客户开发规划；；
5. 搭建适合组织发展的团队，并进行有效管理及指导；
6. 做好团队人员的培养、技能指导、梯队人才建设；
7. 供应链的沟通、协调、开发，以确保客户的货期和品质。
任职要求：
1. 本科以上学历（全日制统招），年龄28~45岁；
2. 英语读写及口语能力优秀，CET6级以上；
3. 熟悉外贸流程，8年以上外贸业务工作经验，5年以上团队管理经验；
4. 有大客户维护和开发经验；
5. 良好的客户识别能力、风险防范能力、沟通谈判能力；
6. 良好的领导力、组织能力、协调能力；
7. 丰富的团队管理经验，擅长目标管理、团队激励，执行力强；
8. 有出国留学经验及LED照明行业工作经验优先。
