Key Responsibilities
Responsible for cost controlling and assist in ERP implementation & continuous improvement
Controlling:
- Review KPI
- Assist in preparing annual budget
- Assist in developing and maintaining financial policies and systems
- Assist in achieving self-audit program(SAPRO)
Costing
- Set up standard cost as a benchmark
- Review monthly purchase price variance on material cost
- Review monthly expenses against budget and review with cost center owner
- Spot variances on manufacturing cost deviation
- Assist in sales quotation with costing information
ERP implementation and continuous improvement
- Review and coordinate the process flow definition and improvement
- Monitor and use product costing information in ERP
Requirements
1. Min. 3 years of manufacturing experience as controlling specialist /supervisor, prefer in multi-national company with ERP implementation experience.
2. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills
3. Good knowledge on internal control setup
4. Proficient in written English and spoken English
5. Proficient in ERP implementation
6. Proficient in Microsoft office application
7. Being loyal and passionate
8. Have to be with good professional ethic
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Good team leader and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
