职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、研究与跟踪金融大数据发展方向，主持制定金融大数据平台技术发展战略规划；
2、负责金融大数据平台的设计、开发、维护与优化，为研究部门提供可靠、高质量、稳定的数据源；
3、负责数据团队建设与人才梯队培养，组织指导初级工程师开发。
任职资格：
基本要求：
1、具有3年以上相关工作经验，毕业于重点理工类高校，全日制本科以上学历，计算机、数学、统计等理工科专业；
2、熟练使用Python，了解Python的基本语法、数据结构、性能特征，熟悉动态语言的基本性质及面向对象的设计模式；
附加要求：
3、具有金融衍生品交易数据分析经验者优先；
4、熟悉C、C++者优先，有大型library实现经历者优先；
