职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、根据基金经理的指令操作交易股票；
2、实时监控盘面，保障量化交易的顺利进行，及时向基金经理反馈交易中的异常情况；
3、盘后协助分析、清算，做好交易报告，向基金经理提供每日的交易数据；
4、协助日常运营管理，维护公司的交易系统及账户等。
任职资格：
1、毕业于理工类专业排名前20的高校，全日制本科以上学历，具有统计数学及其他理工类专业背景，对数据较敏感；
2、严谨、细致、极为专注、原则性非常强，对交易有热情，对金融投资有浓厚兴趣；
3、思维灵敏、反应快、具备较强的心理素质，能在较大压力下工作；
4、人品端正，谦虚好学，具有团队精神，沟通协作能力强；
5、公司欢迎有志于从事金融行业的优秀应届毕业生或全职实习生。 举报 分享
