岗位职责:
1、负责公司网络营销项目总策划,战略方向规划、商业全流程的规划和监督控制;
2、参与公司电商平台的搭建、对接,负责电商平台各业务模块的运营规则的制定;
3、负责公司电商平台的运营和管理,运营方案的制定和执行,维持公司产品销售平台的正常运营和销售;
4、定期针对产品运营情况进行跟踪、评估、分析并提交分析报表,及时提出营销、推广改进措施,制定出切实可行的改进方案并执行;
5、定期进行销售数据的统计、管理、分析,并合理控制库存、运营费用、保证销售业绩长期稳定增长;
6、负责销售平台各类操作流程的优化和运营流程的优化改进,撰写产品策划方案以促进产品推广及销售;
7、管理及提高部门销售团队的能力,协调与各部门的工作,完成部门业绩考核;
8、完成上级安排的其它工作。
岗位要求:
1、大专及以上学历,电子商务、市场营销、广告学等相关专业优先,5年以上网站级营销相关管理工作经验优先;
2、流利的英文书写和表达能力;
3、具备3年以上电商平台运营管理工作经验,熟悉电商平台的操作和流程,熟悉各种网络营销渠道,精通运用各种网络推广工具;
4、具备时尚行业/国际连锁/零售行业相关工作经验优先考虑,有如京东、天猫、阿里巴巴、唯品会等大型网络销售平台运营的管理经验优先考虑;
5、有丰富的网站运营策划和市场推广经验,有团队管理成功经验者优先;
6、细致、耐心的工作态度,良好的沟通技巧和组织协调能力,富有激情和创造性;
7、有很强的责任心和能承受工作压力。
Responsibilities:
1,Responsible for the company's network marketing total project planning, strategic planning, business planning and supervision of whole flow control;
2, Participate in the construction of the electric business platform, docking, responsible for all business module of electric business platform operation rules formulated;
3, Responsible for the company's electric business platform of the operation and management, the formulation and implementation of operational plan, maintain the normal operation of company products sales platform;
4, Regular operation for product tracking, assessment, analysis, and submit the analysis report, marketing, promotion improvement measures are put forward in time, to develop a practical and feasible improvement scheme and implementation;
5, Statistics, management, analysis of sales data on a regular basis, and reasonable control inventory, operating costs, ensure long-term steady growth in sales;
6, Responsible for the sales platform of all kinds of operation process optimization and operation of the process optimization to improve, write product planning schemes to promote the product promotion and sales;
7, Manage and improve the ability of branch sales team, coordinate with various departments work, complete performance appraisal department;
8, In July and finish other work arranged by superior.
Requirements:
1, College degree or above, e-commerce, marketing, advertising and other related professional priority, 5 years of website marketing related management working experience is preferred;
2, Ability to read, write and speak fluent English;
3, With 3 years working experience in electric business platform operation management, familiar with the operation of the electric business platform and process, familiar with all kinds of network marketing channels, proficient in use of various network marketing tool;
4, International chain/retail industry related work experience is preferred, as jingdong, Tmall, large network sales platform such as alibaba, Vipshop operation management experience is preferred;
5, Has rich experience in website planning and marketing, team management success experience is preferred;
6, Careful, patient, work attitude, good communication skill and organization coordinated ability, be full of passion and creativity;
7, Have a strong sense of responsibility and can work under pressure.
