职位描述：
The purposes of this position are:
1. Facilitate the activities of ISO9001QMS /ISO13485/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 to make sure the system is well maintained;
2. To enhance both internal and external audit management.
Key Areas of Responsibility：
？ Facilitate the internal audits activities for ISO9001QMS /ISO13485/ISO14001/ OHSAS18001, follow up the corrective and
        preventive action to make sure the system is well maintained.
？ Facilitate management review meeting and information collection, prepare and follow meeting minutes.
？ Facilitate external auditors for smooth conducting of the surveillance visit to make sure the visit is well organized.
？ Facilitate company policy deployment and maintain company's procedure effective.
？ Support Corporate BMS centralization and other activities.
？ Assistant FDA products, documents and records compliance with legal requirement.
？ Law and regulation compliance updated.
？ Register in FDA internet.
？ Collect and Review the EHS information and have meeting with Management team regularly;
Job Requirements & Skills:
? Education
Bachelor degree in engineering
? Experience
Minimum 3 years related working experience in system management, multinational joint venture experience is preferred
? Competency and Skills
1) Good understanding of ISO9001 /ISO13485/QSR820 /ISO14001/OHSAS18001 management system, with related system internal auditor certificate;
2) Fluent written and spoken English;
3) Effective interpersonal and communication skills, detailed minded and able to work under pressure. 举报 分享
