Responsibility
- Follow up and tracking all project related team’s activities based on project schedule;
- Active support for the smooth operation and mass production in project;
- Support in project schedule and budgets management;
- Flexibility in project development and mass production preparation;
- Active and seamless communication with all stakeholders;
- New project during TG2 and TG6, material status tacking and maintain;
- Maintain cost center for new project and release the PR to related buyer;
- Related documentation preparing;
Job requirement:
- BS, Business English, Business Administration or Mechanical related will be prefer;
- CET-4 or other English certifications.
- Fluent English speaking and writing;
- Frequency user for Microsoft Office; Special for Excel, PowerPoint;
- Reporting ability is required;
