职位描述：
Purpose:
Develop and maintain supplier quality to fulfill the customer’s requirement.

Your responsibilities:
1. As core member of IPD project team ,coordinate all supplier quality activities , drive collaboration with Development & Suppliers to ensure manufacturability, testability and Quality maturity of designs, support supplier’s IPD activities in pace with IPD project plan;
2. Conduct component release, process release and PSW in IPD as well as LCM&MLU(life circle management and Middle Circle Update);
3. Create and maintain SRR(Sample Release Request) and IC(inspection Card); train IQC inspectors and suppliers
4. Quick solve component deviation which is escalated from production, marketing and the other parties, support Field Return Failure Analysis, FCR(Fail Call Request) improvement and Back Charging analysis;
5. Manage quality performance of a group of suppliers, collate and report on supplier quality performance.
6. As MRB (make or buy) member to attend MRB meeting and disposal of MRB material.
7. Deploy supplier quality development plan with a group suppliers and motivate supplier’s quality accountability and maturity continuously;
8. Support localization, repeat mold, and operational projects.
9. Relevant documents maintenance.
10. Supplier audit and assessment, as well as supplier scouting.
11. Support in ensuring that the supplied part meets specifications, and the control limits/tolerances for CtQ parameters are met.
12. Executes SCAR management, effective and timely closure and Review/risk assessment of NC(Non-compliance)'s and their escalation to SCARs(Supplier Corrective Action Request) or CAPA where needed

We are looking for:
1. Education: University background of Engineering Background, Electronical background is preferred.
2. Experience:
a) More than 5 years Supplier quality engineering control experience in manufacturing factory, Multinational joint venture experience and EMS experisence is preferred,
b) Experience in Electronical relevant experience is a must,familiar with SMT, FPC, motor, PCBA, swtich manufacture process etc.
c) Aware the APQP tool, FMEA, Control plan etc. And can kick off and tracking their progress and result
d) With EMS supplier process audit experience, aware audit tools
e) New product introduction experience and process is preferred
3. Competency and Skills:
a) Experience of using 7 key quality tools and familiar with material release process
b) Good understanding of ISO9000, ISO14001 system, got training or audit experience
c) Language skills: Excellent Chinese language skills is a must; Fluent written and spoken English, CET 4 above,
d) Strong communication skill/ team work, Works effectively in multifunctional teams
e) Strong quality mind
f) Creative and positive attitude, overcomes obstacles, good at problem solving 举报 分享
