BOM Buyer采购员主要工作职责：
主要职责1：致力于世界级的采购策略流程建立与维护.
(i).改进采购系统及流程
(ii).制订采购策略并推进策略的执行
主要职责2：寻找供应源及进行市场调查
(i).对整个供应的分析并对市场的更新
主要职责4：支持相关部门(MC, SQA, PD and SQM)确保采购流程有效性及高效率
主要职责5：支持相关部门(MC, SQA, PD and SQM)共同监控和培养供应商能力发展
(i).每月监控供应商的执行情况
(ii).监控样品采购情况确保样品准时到达
(iii).协调内部同事和外部供应商的有争议的事宜

任职资格
大专或以上学历，有工程背景优先
5-7年跨国公司采购经验
对材料和材料工艺有良好的工程理解力
对数据敏感；良好数据分析能力
良好的谈判技能
良好的沟通和人际关系处理技能
对材料有良好的市场了解情况能力
良好的口语和书写中英文能力
能很好的使用办公软件像Excel, Word & PowerPoint

EPCOS Group was acquired by TDK Corporation in the year of 2008. EPCOS (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. is a part of TDK Corporation as well as a part of Magnetic Group, which headquartered both in Germany and Japan. The company was founded in 1997 and currently employs approximately 6000 employees, mainly focusing on research, develop, manufacture and sale of inductive and passive electronic components.
