职位描述：
主要职责：
一、供应商体系审核
1、新供应商的体系审核及问题点的跟踪。
2、执行对供应商的年度审核，并跟进问题点的改善。
3、推动供应商签署各种质量、环境管理，ROHS等方面的合同。

二、环境管理体系和ROHS的监控和管理
1、推动供应商满足Sony绿色环境认证，ROHS等要求。
2、将公司的环境管理要求和ROHS等的相关要求完整的传达给供应商，监督其满足公司的要求。
3、制定IQC关于ROHS的监控标准和实施。

三、供应商的监控，管理和培养包括环境方面
1、供应商月度表现的评估，以及不合格项的改进的跟进。
2、供应商体系的培训，推动供应商建立持续满足公司的要求的体系。

四、应对外部审核和内部审核
1、针对外部客户审核，第三方审核，总部的审核，内部审核等，配合上司提前进行准备工作。
2、针对审核中出现的不符合项，配合上司提出改善行动并跟进改善行动的执行。

五、沟通和协调
1、和总部沟通关于SQM的相关事宜。
2、协调对总部关于SQM指令的执行。 3、培训相关部门关于SQM方面的需求。

职位要求：
1、电子，机械等相关专业。
2、3年或以上在供应商质量管理方面的经验。
3、在体系TS16949, ISO14001, Sony Green Partner, TDK绿色环保方面有良好的认识。
4、有6sigma和RoHS方面的知识。
5、具备品质工具应用方面的知识。
6、良好的沟通和人际关系处理技能。
7、能熟练使用电脑和好的报告展示能力。
8、良好的书写中英文能力。
