职位描述：
Facility Engineer Job Duties and Responsibilities:
? Responsible for all functions that take place within the facilities department
? Ensure economic functionality of the department
? Developing strategies and plans for the continuous improvement of the department
? Participating in excerption, appraisal and commendation of subcontractors and vendors to bring off a better deal
? Provide necessary training to the members of the staff
? To study equipment performance for facilities, coating, grinding and molding operation.
? Responsible for overseeing all preventive maintenance work
? Researching and developing planned enhancements for improvement
? Facilities engineers are anticipated to control subsisting systems for fire detection
? Developing methods and equipment for improving efficiency of all these resources
? Presenting technical data results to some technical and non-technical clients
? Carry out periodic preventive maintenance according to schedule
? Provide weekly or monthly report on the facility and machine performance status
? Supervise a team of engineer, technicians and production staffs to meet company goals and objectives.
? Ensure Production meet daily, weekly and monthly output requirements.
? Initiate problem solving activities and improvement programs like Poka Yoke, Kaizen, 5S, LEAN, Cause & Defects Diagram, etc…
? Ensure the company facilities and equipment is up to standard and expectation and also complied to local government regulatory.
? Responsible for any re-layout or re-location project assigned to him.

Job Skills and Specifications:
? Should have eminent level of technical competence in sustaining electrical and mechanical systems
? Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
? Able to read and understand technical and electrical drawings
? Good Leadership skills for leading a team of engineer and technician
? Able to read and write in English
? Solid understanding of computer programming and software development.
? Must have experience reading and red-lining PI&D drawings.
? Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems and perform complex system tests.
? Creative thinking skills
? Detailed oriented personality
? Excellent manual dexterity
? Ability to communicate well to other members like supplier, contractors and internally.
? Able to analyze the requirements for the production process
? Able to select or design the equipment used and installation process to ensure safety and production speed.
? Able to prepare budgets and estimate overall cost for the system/project.

Facility Engineer Job Education and Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s Degree in related fields such as Mechanical / Industrial /Electrical Engineering.
? Minimum of 5 years experienced in a similar position is required. Experience in molding industries, automotive, semiconductor, etc 举报 分享
