职位描述：
Major Responsibilities：
1. Establish and implement Molding Engineering Department policies, objectives and procedures.
2. Acquire, build up, manage technical competence required to ensure smooth transfer of new products and new technologies from GR to AP, to achieve the preset company goals with respect to quality, time and cost.
3. Develop and manage core engineering competence of staff in the fields of materials, tooling, molding, maintenance and project management, and to cope with the increasing complexity of new product roadmap.
4. Manage engineering support to production to ensure smooth operation and transfer of knowledge.
5. Develop, coach and supervise subordinates to ensure that their jobs can be done effectively and efficiently according to targets and the overall skills/ knowledge of subordinates can be improved.
6. Overall control and improve production equipment and mold maintenance system to ensure delivery on quality, delivery and cost.
7. Overall control the budget to get more contribution on continuous improvement.
8. Overall control and monitor tool creation to deliver it on time with high quality.
9. Speed up automation on manufacturing process to make production more effective.
10. Build TPM system in facility to improve the production and delivery reliable.

Requirements & Qualification：
1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering, mechanical, production management, or related field.
2. 8+ years in engineering management or manufacturing management. Managerial position in a foreign-owned healthcare industry manufacturer is preferred.
3. Excellent knowledge in all areas related to tooling, molding process, tool maintenance and equipment maintenance.
4. Good command of English both in oral & written.
5. Strong cross-functional communication and influencing skills.
6. Mature, proactive and willing to challenge the team to a higher level. 举报 分享
