Responsibilities:
1. Direct and control operation of the front office and coordinate activities in order to obtain optimal room occupancy and revenue. Oversee all activities of the front office to ensure high standards of guest service and accuracy in all phases of the operation.
2. Ensure a gracious welcome and personal arrival moment to each arriving guest is extended as well as a warm,uncompromising and bespoke arrival/ departure experience is implemented in order to differentiate ourselves from our competition.
3. Provide active support to the hotel Senior Leadership Team and align with broader hotel goals.
Requirements:
1. Diploma in hotel management or equivalent education required.
2. Fair and firm management abilities with high influencing skills.
3. Strong organizational and operational skills, have ability to work with minimum supervision.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Minmmum of 1 to 2 years' experience in a four-star or five-star property in Front Office Manager position.
6. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
