Working on our client’s site, the Security Manager will provide operational support in the application of physical security operations, ensuring a safe working environment, supporting the organization, its aims and objectives of the core business

Working hour: 5*8, 9:00-18:00
Accountabilities:
Security Operations Manager (SOM) provides administrative & management oversight in planning, coordinating, & managing the security operations of the client site.
Develop and implement company security policies, guidelines and procedures, based on corporate security policies
Physical Security system management
Oversee general administration and planning for all security staff
Maintain necessary network and relationship with local law enforcement authorities
Ensure proper collaboration between all stakeholders

Qualifications :
Bachelor degree or above in a related field (Criminal Justice, Electronic, Computer Science, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, etc).
Above 5 years in security function or related experience in both physical security and technical security systems.
Knowledge and experience of managing safety (emergencies and contingency protocols) and technical security systems (such as CCTV, access, and alarm).
Experience of building and Guard management.
Reliable, strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
Good planning and organizational skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
