职位描述：
Major Responsibilities：
1. Monitor and improve the overall operation of related production lines to achieve the KPI’s on quality, cost, efficiency and flexibility.
2. Organize resources for production including headcount, equipment, material, etc.
3. Coordinate with quality/ production/ process/ planning/ maintenance group to support and contribute to production sufficiently.
4. Initiate and participate in the quality improvement team of production on quality, efficiency, and cost etc. to maintain continuous improvement momentum.
5. Arrange and/or conduct training to relevant staff and/or operators to ensure qualified workforce/workers are available and fitting to requirements.
6. Develop and maintain a good moral on shop floor with proper performance appraisal and other means of existing recognition and rewarding schemes to build up a happy and valuable team.
7. Periodically Identify environment aspects and health & safety hazards and take corrective action.
8. Workplace management such as 6S.
9. Monitor the operator to follow the discipline and work instruction.
10. Support other tasks assigned by manager.


Requirements &Qualification：
1. College degree or above in production, engineering or related field.
2. 3+ years in production & manufacturing engineering management. Managerial position in a foreign-owned healthcare industry manufacturer is preferred.
3. Good knowledge in all areas related to the work cell.
4. Good command of English both in oral & written.
5. Strong cross-functional communication skills.
6. Mature, proactive and willing to challenge the team to a higher level. 举报 分享
