职位描述：
ERP support and local ownership
? Act as local ERP/System Owner for all business applications, including M3, BO, PCS and others
? Support daily usage of business applications, trouble shooting, first/second level support, build and enhance functioning of local key user network
? Enhance usage of business applications, with deep understanding of business requirement, identification of business improvement opportunities, and utilization of such opportunities in systems
? Act as local trainer to new users
? Liaison with regional/global application team for required maintenance, health check and improvement

IT Compliance and administration
? Review, develop and implement necessary IT/IM procedures to comply with Nutreco standards as well as enhance IT/IM efficiency
? Standardize and Optimize IT processes (ITIL process and Topex project)
? Manage IT/IM assets of the company
? IT assets purchasing

IT Service Management
? Manage IT service delivery through both internal (GITS) and external (Unisys) parties, including IT helpdesk, workplace support, network and application support
? Keep improving service level by enhancing the communication between service providers and users, efficient monitoring of service performance, and prompt action to issues
? Act as local point of escalation in case of service problems

Program / Project Management
? Accountable for the IT projects within the company, act as project leader, local project manager for M3/Unite, Topex and other IT/Business projects, with support from BU and global team;
? Executes, and monitors the project portfolio in the company
? Monitors the performance of projects/programs and benefits evaluation

Planning and Budget Control
? Accountable of the IT budget of the company and takes corrective actions when necessary and ensures adequate reporting within Corporate and Division guidelines, to ensure that the company delivers its budget and meets KPI objectives
? Provides input for the quarterly division 8Q IT planning and project roadmap

Qualifications:
? Degree / Professional qualifications in Information System, Supply Chain Management area;
? Minimum 3 years experiences in IT/IM at manager/expert position (Manufacturing environment is preferred).
? Experience in implement ERP projects, stabilize and maintain ERP system operation (M3 is a plus).
? Deep understanding of both business process and system (M3) logic, be able to link them together in a professional way. Accounting knowledge is a plus.
? Project management and change management ability/potential;
? Networks and General knowledge of IT and ITIL
? Good spoken and written English skills is a must
