职位描述：
主要的工作职责描述/MAJOR JOB DUTIES ：
- Prepare and take over product Quality Management during production or after delivery completed.
- Prepare, review, approve and ensure implementation of related control plan.
- SPC monitor and analysis. On line QA system set up
- Product QA, customer complaint failure analysis,
- Reporting of Quality status of Product Product.
- Design and supervise Incoming、Production and out going Process Quality Assurance.
- Supervise Production floor QA operation、appraisal、training、hiring and dismissal.
- QM System create & implementing & maintenance of all process documents, process audit, and follow up of Correc
tive and Preventive Actions.
- Preparing and updating of quality criteria, quality recording.
- Communicate with customer on technical requirement and reporting on quality status.
- Carry out ad hoc assignments by the supervisor.

能力要求/COMPETENCE REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor degree in Fine Chemical Engineering(精细化工) or Chemical technology Engineering(化工工艺工程) or related field.
- More than 5 years experiences in quality assurance/quality control of Chemical products.
- Good Knowledge in quality control method/in set up quality system
- Experience in problem solving
- Familiar with ISO9001:2008. TS16949 is preferred
- Familiar with various QA tools
- Familiar with various manufacturing process and foresee possible supplier, production problem.
- Able to design various quality control measures.
- Team management skills
- Project management skills
- Internal audit certificate
- Strong communication skill in English (CET 6 or same standard)
- Good command in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Project)
- Strong communication skills
- Creative spirit, decision making power, Able to work independently
- Good ethics, self-motivated, responsible, team oriented.
