Our client a fast growing company is seek a finance and admin manager for their Macau office
Job Description
* Responsible for handling a full set of accounts
* Responsible for Accts Receivable, Accts Payable and Internal Payroll
* Prepare financial reports, conduct analysis and reconciliations
* Responsible for financial and tax filings
* Liaise with auditors in support of audit process
* Liaise with the clients and staff on any accounting issues
* Responsible for managing office admin matters
* Ad hoc job assignments as required.
Job Requirements
* Degree holder in Accounting with at least 5 years accounting experience
* Experience in handling full set of accounts
* Experience in responsible for office management and admin matters
* Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external parties
* Able to work under schedule and flexible in a multi-cultural environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics an advantage
* Proficient in English and Chinese
