职位描述：
Key Areas of Responsibility：
1. Prepare milestone and V&V test plan for new project;
2. Conduct relevant product audit and repeat release tests; analyze the problem if there is any deviation;
3. Coordinate quality activities(Q-framework, product release, component release, AD, Approbation, etc..), as quality representative for assigned NPI project to make sure the new NPI project can be launched with agreed milestones and targets;
4. Involve in new project quality issues follow up to ensure the project is launched with least quality problem;
5. Communicate with CoC for the quality standard and deviation.;
6. Involve in daily production quality problem follow-up to continuously improve products’ quality ;
7. Maintain quality process control effectiveness and efficiency;
8. Design the test plan for trouble shooting;
9. Follow up TCP/ECN improvement;
10. Lead in-house APQP project to guarantee product safety launch report (on time & in good quality);.
Job Requirements & Skills：
? Education
 Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
? Experience
Minimum 2 years of manufacturing factory quality engineering control experience;
? Competency and Skills
1. Experience of domestic product test, understand IEC/UL/CCC standard
2. Good in reading, written and spoken English
3. Good PC office software skill
4. Good communication skill
