职位描述：

监控整个生产过程，确保不出现的的质量异常

Monitor all the producing process, and assure product quality meet customer requirement.

主要职责：Key Responsibilities

1.参与新产品及改进产品的试生产。

Participate in the trial run of new product and improved product

2.制定质量计划及相应的检验指导书。

Develop quality plan and inspection guidelines

3.常规检验指导和监督：首检-巡检-终检-包装检。

Conduct and monitor for regular inspection

4.产线异常问题的提出及相关跟进处理。

Raise issues in production line and track the follow-up of the issues

5.质量标准的宣导和解释、沟通

Promote, interpret and communicate Quality Standard throughout the organization

6.产线常规产品可靠性测试的跟进

Track reliability testing

7.生产线生产产品其客户投诉的原因分析及改进措施的跟进。

Root cause analysis and corrective actions follow up for the customer complaints of the produced goods

要求：

1.英语四级，能看懂和书写英文

Have certification of CET4,Can read and write English

2. 懂QC 7大工具的常规应用

Know the normally using of QC 7 tools

3.懂质量，环境，职业健康体系运作优先

Have priority of knowing the operation of ISO9001,ISO14001 and OHSA 18001 systems

4.在电表生产企业至少工作过1年以上

Worked on the meter production factory at least over 1 year.
