职位描述：
主要职责：
电抗器产品设计
1. 负责电抗器产品设计
2. 负责产品方案设计，如设计方案的仿真计算。制定原材料，器件的技术规格，和结构设计工程师一起完成产品的完整设计
3. 负责新产品成本核算，以及对现存产品进行成本优化
4. 负责跟应用相关的技术问题

产品测试
1. 负责样品的测试，负责制定电抗器成品的测试方案
2. 负责客户认证样品的制作，参与客户认证测试以及后续整改
3 .负责建立和优化电抗器测试平台的建设

项目管理
1. 负责领导指定的研发项目，积极协调相关部门，包括市场，结构设计，PE和采购积极参与项目开发
2. 清晰定义所承担项目的核心要素，如时间计划，资源配置，成本目标以及风险控制
3. 按时在成本目标实现的前提下，管理并完成项目

文件准备和质量流程
1. 负责准备，保存和更新研发阶段的设计文件，纪录
2. 负责准备和下发正式产品的正式文件
3. 遵循研发质量流程，如QHB，dFMEAT
4. 遵循ECN/PCN 产品设计更改流程

任职要求：
1. 学士学位以上，电子或电力工程专业
2. 3年电抗器或者电力变压器设计经验
3. 沟通，交际能力，展示能力，英语能力，可靠，主动，善于协调，团队成员，项目管理 举报 分享
