职位描述：

1.Leading the root cause analysis and corrective action plan for:

- Supplier defects

- Process defects

- Customer complaint / returns

针对供应商不良、过程不良、客户投诉、退货，主导根本原因分析和纠正行动计划

2.Be part of the NPI team to insure safe transfer of new product to production.Developing the quality documentations during the development.

确保新产品安全导入到量产，在产品开发期间建立品质文件

3.Training of workers / inspectors to relevant quality standard on component, process and product.

培训员工/检验员相关零件、过程、产品的品质标准

4.Implementing regular process audit and data analysis to anticipate potential risks on process / product

执行定期的过程审核和数据分析以预测潜在制程风险和产品风险

5.Participating to supplier quality audit prior to new supplier approval.

新供应商批准前，参与供应商审核

Qualifications / 职位要求:

1.Bachelor degree, major related to mechanical / electronic

本科学历，机电相关专业

2.At least 5 years working experience in production or quality fields

具有五年以上生产或质量相关的工作经验

3.Internal Auditor certificate holder and have internal audit experience will be preferred/

具有内部审核员资格和内部审核经验

4.Quality engineering experience in battery field is a must.

有电池品质工程经验

5.Good English skill, reading, writing, and speaking.

熟练读、写、说英语

6.Good at communication and cooperation

良好的沟通和人际关系能力
