Summary of Client:
Our client is one of the biggest electronic components manufactures in the world.
Reporting Lines汇报关系:
Report to: Head of BU
Key Responsibilities主要职责:
1. Major Responsibility I:
? Top down the BU target relating to individual manufacturing dept;
? Control production status, evaluate and deploy resources to balance production capacity and loading;
? Update and upgrade operation procedure in manufacturing dept;
? Study and verify productivity and scrap & rework rate, organize resource to take corrective action;
? New projects introduction;
? Customer claim.
2. Major Responsibility II:
? Reduce waste in daily operation to control dept cost;
? Review and approve manufacturing equipment maintenance plan;
? Monitor the implementation of 5s and production safety.
3. Major Responsibility III:
? Appraise the performance of subordinates and provide on-job training;
? Cooperate with process engineering to standardize manufacturing process and evaluate improvement;
? Report the key figures.
Job Requirements职位要求:
1. College graduation or above.
2. Major in electronics or related field.
3. At least 8 years of production management experience in electronic or electric industry, of which minimum 3 years in manager position.
4. Good knowledge of the production management, preferable with TS16949 and 6 sigma green belt knowledge.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Good leadership and supervisory skills.
7. Good command of Microsoft office software.
8. Good command of English & Chinese Mandarin.
9. Open, confident, self-motivated, independent and innovative.
