职位描述：

Travel rate: 45%

Responsibilities:

·Provide on-site IT client support for remote offices, warehouse, and sales office

·Provide on-site due diligence and infrastructure integration for M&A sites

·Conduct warehouse pick/pack/ship impact analysis based on the risk and vulnerability of RF/printer devices

·Work with Network team and EIT teams for remote site infrastructure projects, perform physical implementation, and conduct the build-to-run transition to Service Desk and RCS teams

·Work with Network team and Application teams to integrate warehouse technologies including RF and printer

·Provide level 2 RF/printer and other warehouse technology support

·RF/printer and other warehouse technology standardization and procurement

·RF/printer and other warehouse technology device tracking/reporting/maintenance

·RF/printer and other warehouse technology roadmap and upgrade

·Apply acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks

·Is self-motivated, and ability to multi-task in enterprise environment

·Conduct phone communications and coordinate across IT teams and/or 3^rd party service providers to resolve issues

·Open/Update/Assign/Resolve incidents in Service Now and monitor ticket queue

·Consult with Senior and Supervisor on complex and unusual problems

·Report to China client support manager and work closely with vendors to provide local support

Requiremetns:

·B.S degree in computer science or engineering disciplines

·2 years+ IT support experience

·IT technical background on WAN/LAN/Server/PC

·Warehouse technology experience preferred

·Requires fundamental knowledge of network hardware, software and LAN/WAN connectivity

·Basic understanding of multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, UNIX, etc.) and technical platforms (Networks, Firewalls, Storage, Virtualization, etc.)

·Good communication, organizational, analytical, and time management skills.

·Must be able to respond well to problems or challenges under pressure.

·Proficient PC skills; including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

·Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and planning skills
