"Expected Areas of Responsibilities
工作职责
"1、Develop and implement objectives for the Occupational Health Services compatible with the company corporate goals and objectives.
发展并执行公司的职业健康目标，保证其与总公司目标的一致性；
2.? Maintain compliance with all local& national occupational health and safety policies/standards. 保证职业健康和安全标准政策的法律合规性；
3 ? Develop, manage and administer the Occupational Health Services for SASS site.
发展，管理SASS工厂的职业健康服务；
4 ? Function as the site medical resource that works directly with the HR and legal departments on case management, employment issues and policy making.
为HR，法务部门提供员工雇佣，政策制定方面提供医疗方面的支持；
5 ? Collaborate with management, EHS, and other teams to develop occupational health and safety policies for SASS
同EHS和其他部门一起合作发展SASS的职业健康和安全政策；
6 ? Organize annual health check for all relative employees and organize annual health check
组织相关员工的年度职业体检及所有员工的年度体检；
7 ? Manage the clinic and Provide clinical services to the employees and provide first aid treatment to employees
管理公司医务室并管理,为员工提供诊疗服务和急救处理；
8 ? Take the responsibility during emergency response. 在应急响应中承担相关职责；
9? Work with Bristol-Myers Squibb disability and worker’s compensation insurance carries.
处理BMS员工工伤保险等相关事宜；
10. Other relative work
其他相关的职责。
"Experiences Desired
相关工作经验要求
"1. At least 3 years experience in Occupational Health Nursing
至少三年从事职业健康管理的工作经验
2. Previous experience in EHS of pharmaceutical or management is preferable
具有制药行业经历者及相关管理工作经验者优先
"Educational/Knowledge Desired (including professional qualifications & language proficiency)
必要的学历和专业资格，含语言能力
"1. College degree , certified nurse
大专学历, 持证护士
2. Have an good ability to read in both English and Chinese
具有良好的中英文阅读能力

"1. Ability of effective communication
