Summary of Client 公司简介:
Our client is one of the biggest electronic components manufactures in the world.
Reporting Lines汇报关系:
Report to: Quality Manager
Subordinate: None
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer claim handling
? Collect customer claim information including external and internal.
? Coordinate relative department to analyze the root cause and define proper action accordingly.
? Follow up the implementation and execution of defined actions in daily production, to secure the effectiveness of defined actions.
2. Line audit
? Daily line audit to look for improvement potential or any nonconformity of quality control.
? Coordinate relative department to analyze the root cause and define proper actions accordingly.
? Follow up the implementation and execution of defined actions in daily production, to secure the effective of defined actions.
3. Production / process release
? Review the release related document to ensure all necessary tests are properly done, and result are good enough for release from QA point of view.
4. Document related QA task preparation including new OIPs, measurement instruction etc.
5. Quality system and products & process audit support.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above, engineering education background, mechanical or electronic.
2. At least 5 years relevant quality assurance experience in electronic manufacturing industry.
3. Good knowledge of ISO9001 & TS16949, RoHS, 6sigma, statistical techniques, customer management, product safety standards, reliability.
4. Strong leadership & interpersonal skill & mature.
5. Fluent oral and written English.
