Summary of Client 公司简介:
Our client is one of the biggest electronic components manufactures in the world. The main products are film capacitors, power factor correction capacitors, leaded resistors, energy resistors, strap and block resistors, ICL sensors and NTC sensors.
Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. Reliable calibration and standardization (internally among different machines and with the customer) of surge tests with high electric current.
大电流浪涌测试设备的可靠性校准和标准化（内部不同设备之间的以及内部设备与客户设备之间的）。
2. Design, modification, maintenance and repairing of electrical testing equipment (incl. high voltage testing application, life testing, etc).
电气测试类设备(含高压测试，寿命测试，等) 的设计，改造，维护，维修。
3. Leading projects related to electrical testing.
主导过电气测试相关的项目。
4. Design testing fixtures relevant to high voltage electrical testing.
设计与高压测试相关的工装夹具。
5. Working instruction preparation.
能定义工作指引/操作流程。
6. Training of operational personnel (operators, technicians, line managers), technical support to the production line.
能培训相关人员（操作员，技术员，产线经理）及对产线的技术支持。
7. Main function area：E-VAR testing, especially high voltage testing area; reliability testing area; other VAR testing stations.
主要工作区域：高压避雷器阀片测试，特别是高压测试区域；可靠性测试区域，压敏电阻的其他测试区域。
Job Requirements 职位要求:
1. Education & Qualification／教育 & 学历资格证书
Bachelor degree or above. Major in electrical engineering. Automation might be considered. CET-6.
本科或以上学历，电气或自动化专业，英语六级。
2. Experiences／经验
More than 8 years high voltage testing experience.
8年以上高压测试类经验。
More than 5 year high voltage testing instrument application or design experience.
5年以上高压类测试设备应用及设计经验。
Experience of project management is preferred.
有项目管理经验者优先。
3. Skills／技能
Familiar with electric issues.
熟悉电气方面知识。
Certification of high voltage operation.
具有高压操作资质及能力。
Fluently communicate technical issues in English.
可用英文流利地进行技术交流。
4. Personality Requirements／个性要求
Initiative, aggressive.
工作积极主动。
Good cooperation and team work.
富有团队协作精神。
