Summary of Client:
Our client is one of the biggest electronic components manufactures in the world.
Business Unit事业部:
Signal EMC Filters（信号线电磁兼容滤波器）
Reporting Lines汇报关系:
Report to: Head of SEMC BU
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leading process improvement continuously
? New process introduction;
? Existing process improvement;
? Automation development;
? New technology evaluation.
2. Work allocation and team building
? Work allocation and balance;
? Coaching subordinates;
? Develop and motivate subordinates;
? Training to subordinates.
3. Investment evaluation and control
? Evaluation before investment;
? Cost control for investment;
? Investment status follow up.
4. New project introduction and smooth run
? Plan for new project;
? Project timely review and follow up;
? Pilot run schedule and follow up.
5. Control and check engineering document release
? Normal document checking: FC, WI, PFMEA;
? QHB document review and signature;
? Other document checking.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in electronics, electrical automatic control or a related field.
2. Have 5 years or above magnetic component technology work experience , and at least 2 years department management experience.
3. Be familiar with mechanical engineering and automation.
4. Good knowledge of the magnetic component, suppliers of source material, profuse experience of process engineering and manufactory.
5. Good communication skills, accountability, integrity, leadership, coordination, team building.
6. Fluent oral and written English.
