Our client is a foreign-invested trading company in Xiamen City, China.
Reporting Lines 汇报关系:
Report to: General Manager
Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the accounting for Xiamen China. Some key functions include:
1. Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Invoicing, Bill Payment, Payroll.
2. Tax filings including VAT, CIT, other.
3. Maintaining good controls over cash and company assets.
4. Financial reporting to Corporate (US) and the local government.
5. Working with outside accounting firm for tax review, annual audit and other required filings.
6. Supporting sourcing function for Xiamen office for China, US and UK markets.
Job Requirements 职位要求:
1. College graduate, major in accounting/finance or related.
2. At least 3 years working experience in accounting and working with a foreign company.
3. Familiar with Xiamen business, tax and accounting rules.
4. Good reading and writing English, if can speak English would be preferred.
5. Familiar with Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Kingdee.
6. Willing to do detailed work in a small, growing office environment.
