Responsibilities:
1.Providing secretarial and administrative support: including ticketing, scheduling, logistical arrangement, meeting appointments, etc.
2.Collecting business data and information in preparing related business needs, and being responsible for assisting in implementing projects.
3.Preparing letters, memos, PowerPoint presentations and other communication materials.
4.Handling matters professionally with sensitive and confidential matters and materials.
5.Performing complex and specialized secretarial and clerical support in the office.
6.Organizing department meetings or assist organizing related industry seminars.
7.Providing professional verbal interpretation and written translations.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree majored in business management or in related field.
2.At least five years of assistant experience in a multinational organization and capable of frequent business travel.
3.Fluent in English and Chinese, and good communication skill.
4.Proficient in Microsoft Office software, in specific of importance in Power point presentation and Excel spreadsheet.
5.Well-organized, logical thinker, presentable and attention to details.
6.Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player, able to work effectively in a cross-departmental and multi-cultural environment.
