Responsibilities:

1.Build strong relationships with pathologists and technicians in the area of biomarkers at national and regional levels;
2.Responsible for organizing, leading and developing projects and action plans arising from the strategy of biomarkers (eg training, quality control, local meetings, events, conferences etc);
3.Identify and identify needs and market opportunities in the area of biomarkers, developing specific actions thatimpact on an improvement in the quality of diagnosis and is related to the use of targeted therapies;
4.Support the identification and realization of synergies of work (projects, studies, etc.) between Roche Pharmaceuticals and Roche Diagnostics;
5.Support the development and implementation of clinical trials (Biomarker & Drug) in accordance with the MedicalManager and the respective product strategy and Biomarkers;
6.Ensure adequate communication and coordination between him / her and the delegate visit to the pathologists, technicians and oncologists involved in the treatment of diseases related to diagnosis and treatment that are perfectly aligned;

7.Contribute and participate in the development of the strategy and action plans Biomarkers unit;

8.Regular updating of actions and projects and responsible for daily report of visiting customers;

9.Responsibility for your sales and expenses / s product / s assigned, ensuring maximum return on investment;

10.Monitoring and control of the budget allocated to product, meeting the dates for the rolling forecast;

11.Conduct training on biomarkers to other functions of the organization.

Qualification:

1.Major in Clinical medicine, Pharma. Science or Pathology;

2.Bachelor, Master Degree or up (preferred);

3.China Pharmaceutical Industry;

4.Clinical medicine, Pharma. Science.
