Job function : Global Technical Support Electrical Engineer


Division: Discrete Automation and Motion






Tasks


1.Support GSS to solve electrical questions on time regarding to low voltage motors from MSS database.


2.Select proper motors and provide data sheets with electrical-magnetic software ADEPT.


3. Communicate with GSS/SU. Visit customers to solve technical issues.


4.Cross training to other global GTS teams.


5. Focus on KPI: OTD, working efficiency, quality & lead time.




Requirements


Education(Level): Bachelor


Major: Electrical Engineering, Electrical Automation or similar


Language:Fluent English both written and oral


PC Skills: Autocad, Office word/Excel,PPT


Personality: Self-motivated. Good communication and team work spirits, willingness and capability to learn. Capable to work under pressure.


"Professional experiences and skills:


Strong background on electrical design/control , 1-3 years similar experiences


Be Familiar with motor design preferred.


Be Familiar with motor IEC and GB standard.
