岗位职责：

1. Develop, implement, and execute strategic supply chain processes in support of supply chain and business objectives
2. Responsible for managing planners who create and achieve production/purchase plans in support of goals & objectives. (Demand/Supply Optimization in accordance with business rules)
3. Meets with suppliers to discuss issues, performance, and future strategies. Evaluates supplier processes and partners with suppliers to establish Best in Class performance
4. Responsible to lead Planners through S&OP/Operating Review meetings - identify business critical issues and facilitate discussion and decision making in support of goals & objectives
5. Accountable for optimizing inventory turns - minimize excess & obsolete inventory through product life cycle management
6. Accountable for maximizing service levels, in conjunction with inventory goals, through distribution requirement planning and deployments
7. Lead and facilitate cross functional teams in support of strategic initiatives both within the supply chain organization and across the business units
8. Responsible to provide management with inventory projections and proactively identifies service level issues
9. Works with order management, sales & marketing, product managers, manufacturing, suppliers, distribution centers and third party logistics provider in support of business objectives

岗位要求：

1. Bachelor degree in business or related field of study required and at least 10 years of experience in supply chain management, MBA is preferred;
2. Highly skilled at MS office and project management;
3. Be familiar with SOX requirements;
4. Strong communication skills dealing with cross functional team;
5. Demonstrate business acumen;
6. Ability to analyze and interpret data for effective supply chain cost and assets management;
7. Integrity is highly desirable while dealing with people within the organization.
8. Hands on experience in Planning, logistics
9. Strong leadership skills including leading projects with broad scope and impact outside own department and promotes teamwork between departments
10. Pharm/healthcare/medical industry experience is preferred but not must.
