岗位职责：

1：能独立或在主设计师指导下完成建筑设计方案（包括初步、深化、修改各阶段方案），以及与设计相关的日常工作；

2：能独立或在项目主管安排下控制设计进度，保证项目按期完成；

3：协调组织实习生和新员工完成工程项目，并能给予适当指导

任职资格：

1:建筑学/规划相关专业，本科以上学历，三年以上相关设计工作经验（建筑设计院相关工作经验者尤佳）

2：熟练运用CAD等相关专业软件，熟悉相关的规范和法规；

3：有独立的创作能力，熟悉项目各阶段的要求，熟悉各专业之间的配合要求；

4：时间观念强，团队合作能力强，具有良好的职业素质；
