PW-PGS Power Generation Services

Role Summary/Purpose:

Manage overall execution of multi-year maintenance contract for a power plant customer in Tianjin.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Function as the primary contact point of customer for assigned contracts execution;
- Respond to customer inquiry and participate in commercial and technical discussions with customer;
- Provide onsite administrative and technical support by coordinating internal GE organizations;
- Work with customer to develop maintenance schedule for assigned equipment as reasonably required;
- Expedite the shipment of new and repaired parts and performance of field services for the success of scheduled maintenance;
- Assure timely resolution of customer issues and be responsible for customer satisfaction Assist in the establishment of productivity goals by contract, organize and support program and technical reviews with customer;
- Review invoices and collect cash in a timely manner in accordance with the assigned contracts;
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve contract profitability & work scoping;
- Manage the operation review process and profitability metrics for assigned contracts;
- Assist in sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals
- Monitor assigned equipment performance and initiate actions as required;
- Implement Six Sigma to increase productivity and reduce cost.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- BSME/BSEE or equivalent is the essential;
- 10-12 years of power generation experience is required;
- F class heavy duty gas turbines and controls system experience is advantage;
- Customer focused: Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skill;
- Affluent knowledge of commercial, finance, legal and related regulations and law;
- Proficiency in English and in computer application skills;
- Six Sigma certified is preferred.
