职位描述

People –Develop,Manage, RecruitMotivate people that can provide sincere and highly professional service to our internal and external customers

Equip the BAM and BAS with skill/concepts to recruit staff.

-Lead and direct the BA team to achieve sales target, gross profit $ and %, and Market shares.

-Guide and finalize BA Supervisor Sales target setting and review the achievement result and take proper action to improve the achievement level.

-Guide BA manager / supervisor to prepare and take action on underperformance stores.

-Identify future training needs, work closely with L&D to develop and deliver training programs for BA team

-Help to conduct BAM and BAS’s training and coaching.

ServiceENSURE BA HAVE PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND PROVIDE ACTIVE AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS

-Ensure all BA / BAS are fully trained effective customer service through the monitoring of the delivery and evaluation of the training courses

-As a role model to conduct performance coaching, train all BAM and BAS in terms of the professional knowledge, and coaching skills.

-Ensure all customers receive service in good quality and advise all time by motivation, positive behaviors recognition etc.

-Ensure customer complaints are dealt with immediately and appropriately. On-site support to minimize the risk.

-Conduct the On-line customer service survey, review the result and take proper action.

-Facilitate all BA Supervisor to share best practices and Learning.

Product– ENSURE ALL BA PROFESSIONALLY MANAGE THE KNOWLEDGE, INVENTORY, PRICE, SAFETY AND DISPLAY

-Provides guidance, motivation, performance review to BA team, to maintain and enhance competency level.

-Ensure the promotion display and marketing material execution be aligned with the promotion display guideline

-Monitor the usage of OB free goods and tester/ leaflet.

-Drive and monitor promotion in store to maximize sales performance.

-Facilitate inter-store stock transfer

-Ensure all the stock problems should be reflected accurately and immediately

-Detect the movement of slow and delete items

-Monitor inventory and movement of counter brand product


QualityENSURE A GOOD IN-STORE EXPERIENCE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS.

ENSURE THE HIGH QUALITY OF OUR BRAND IN AND AROUND THE STORE

-Ensure that the condition of the OB POG/ Island/Counter (decoration, cleaning, repair and maintenance) is always excellent through the on-site checking, reporting management etc.

-Ensure all BAS carry out a monthly full check of the OB POG/ Island / Counter condition according to the BAS checklist

-Design and drive Market branding program to improve the brand image in Market.

-Conduct market research and analysis, collect information of competitors and products to offer effective suggestion to OB Trading and Marketing accordingly.

-Conduct Road show and college promotion to maximize OB product penetration, market share

-Sales volume and profitability.

Compliance – ENSURE PROFESSIONAL PROFIT PROTECTION, PROCEDURE MANAGEMENT, FINANCIAL CONTROLS AND ADMINISTRATION

-Train and evaluate the BA team the understanding of all company policies & procedures

-Ensure all company and government’ s policies and procedures are followed through daily reporting management, checking, find out the improvement areas and take appropriate action.

-Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement, take improvement action such as cost reduction and program improvement

-Understand how the shrinkage affects the operation profit and implement the shrinkage control procedure to meet the target;

-Drive the own label sales and new store development to achieve the growth of sales and profits through day to day performance management, such as target setting, reviewing, people coaching etc.

ResultsDELIVER SALES AND PROFIT TO THE COMPANY

-Sales

-Ensure the best possible sales performance of store and deliver the SOP by managing resources effectively

-Follow up daily sales performance(issues and opportunities) and communicate with BAS to improve it

-Explore and suggest opportunities to grow sales and profits within the Watsons operating framework

-Collect competitors information and inform related departments

-Be sensitive to the market information and provide rational ideas to OB Trading and Marketing

-Lead the team to conduct store merchandise presentation while adhering to company merchandising principles

-React to those negative growth stores and taking immediate follow action

-Periodically review the product mix and macro space of store especially high productivity store


-Shrinkage

-Ensure shrinkage is minimized and prevented by creating awareness and vigilance across the whole team

-Closely work with store security agents to implement the company policies and procedures


-Labor cost

-Labor cost management through the headcount control to monitor the store productivity
