3. 有电工基础，能够判断基本的电路故障，进行电路检查、维修，持电工证和高压进网作业证。
4. 有10KV配电系统运行经验。
5. 五年以上企业、商场、酒店电气维修工作经验，能真实准确填写机电设备点检记录、维修记录、故障原因分析等；具备空调、物业综合维修经验尤佳。
6. 有计算机基础，掌握Word/Excel基本运用。
7. 积极主动、执行力强，具备一定管理经验。
