Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities
•Aligning with Business strategy, as HR partner of FPT China GM, to overlook on organization capability of FPT China …. Strategic workforce planning, structure optimization, leadership development & pipeline….
•Lead key HR processes for the client group within the plant/ComOps organization including strategic force planning, staffing, leadership& talent development, Session C, employee relations, compensation planning, compliance etc.
•Work closely with a team of global HRMs to ensure local support to the teams located in different part of China.
•Partner with the client group leader to develop both long term and short term organization strategy and lead the team to implement strategic HR initiatives in line with global and local M&C China HR teams, to ensure the ultimate effectiveness of the organization;
•Lead and facilitate change efforts in integration and organization change, and other relevant change activities.
•Provide advice and coaching to leadership team to develop leadership capabilities.
•Build a strong talent/leadership pipeline by staffing, and by focusing on employee career development and by driving relevant engagement initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements
•Minimum 8 years HR Generalist experience in a multinational company, HR experience in plant is mandatory.
•Able to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans.
•Leadership & Influence skill to work in a matrix team environment.
•Able to handle multiple priorities and initiate, lead and manage change. Project management, facilitation and complex problem-solving skills, along with strong process skills and coaching skills.
