Major Responsibilities:
Handling effective daily administrative works and providing secretarial support to Regional Sales Manager and the sales team
Organize meeting, conference calls and business trips and prepare expense reports for sales team
File maintenance & set up
Communication aid to all member of the team
Cooperate and coordinate with other functions
Compile data and generate sales reports as required
Qualification Requirement:
College graduate or above with CET-6
One year secretarial experience in a FIE is a must. Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
Familiar with Microsoft Office software.
Must be a team player with good communication skill.
Able to manage and coordinate day to day office stuff.
Good oral and written English
