主要义务与职责:  
1、 在洗衣房经理的领导下，全面负责洗衣房的各项管理与经营工作。  
2、 负责员工工作安排及人力调度。  
3、 负责洗衣设备维修保养工作，督导员工按规定操作机器，并做好审核工作。  
4、 负责检查产品质量，发现问题及时处理。  
5、 监督管理部门用品、用料，定期盘存，保证合理库存。  
6、 制订部门各项制度和各项工作程序与标准；督导并检查员工的工作质量。  
7、   完成上级交办的其它工作。
招聘要求：
1、三年以上相关岗位工作经验，其中至少一年以上高星级酒店领班经验。
2、熟悉该岗位的相关业务和技能。
3、具有良好的团队精神和管理能力。
4、 高中以上学历。
