Role Summary/Purpose
The Commercial Contracting Analyst (CCA) is responsible for the commercial contracting process and associated controllership requirements. The position requires adherence to the business accounting standards and policies, and applying those concepts when processing commercial transactions. The role reports to the CF&O Specialty Solutions CCA Team Manager.

Essential Responsibilities
- Commercial Finance representative to Sales and ITPS, focusing on contract review and execution, support of product fulfillment, and revenue recognition.
- Accurate forecasting of sales revenue
- Maintain Item Master data integrity
- Partnering with Global Supply Chain to ensure timely and accurate shipment to customers
- Participating in the quarterly revenue close processes
- Supporting analysis for reporting to finance and other business leadership
- Building and leveraging strong professional relationships with internal customers and partners including sales, legal, ITPS, domestic and international manufacturing locations, Controllership and other finance
- Working closely with other GE Healthcare Affiliates on order booking, shipment to both domestic and international affiliates, and intercompany reconciliation
- Compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal controls for contract revenue accounting.
- Partner with business leaders to drive operating performance and act as a champion for strategic initiatives.
- Providing informal leadership and coaching to team members

Qualifications/Requirements
- University degree
- 5 years experience in Customer Service and/or field support operations.
- Mathematical and technical aptitude
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in English (Speaking/Writing)
