Role Summary/Purpose
Global sales support (GSS) has an overall task to be a "solution provider" to GEHC customers requiring process equipments for their manufacturing purposes, and, within the scope, secure and deliver high quality proposals (quotations) for modified/customized BP-HW with correct estmate of SPC in a timely manner. In addition, GSS will verify that best solution is proposed based on customer requirements , during the sales process, will secure that T&C's + payment plans are negotiated and signed.

Essential Responsibilities
1. to deliver high quality proposals (quotations) that meets customer requirements to the closest possibility 2. to have a strong customer focus related to "in time" delivery of proposals and competitive price levels 3. to focus on Bioprocess customized hardware sales regionally (Nordics) and support the CBS3office team when needed 4. to be supportive for Bioprocess standard hardware sales regionally (Nordics) 5. to maintain good working relationship within sales support and with the GEHC sales organization 6. to support marketing activities by reporting "trends & observations" from the field back into CBS 7. to always be supportive internally / externally and work according to GEHC "Spirits & Letters" 8. to prepare, evaluate, and discuss customer proposals for requested equipments 9. to do regular customer visits to establish good and long lasting customer relationships 10. to participate in both internal and external trainings 11. to support project management in CBS projects from quotation to delivery

Qualifications/Requirements
1. university level education in engineering, life sciences, or equivalent2. good knowledge in English3. 3 years (or more) experience from the field of bioprocess manufacturing / sales or equivalent4. positive mindset in a sometimes hectic environment5. be able to have multiple tasks ongoing simultaneously6. have good planning skills7. be able to work in a multicultural environment8. be adjustable in a changeable environment
