岗位职责：

Responsibilities

1. 根据公司年度人员规划，协助制定并执行年度、季度招聘计划；

Assist preparing and implementing recruitment plan based on annual headcount planning.

2. 了解用人部门的招聘需求，基于用人部门的业务状况和组织发展状况确定招聘渠道，面试流程，招聘工具等

Understand recruitment requirements of hiring managers to work out recruitment channels, interview process, and interview tools mainly based on the good understanding of business and organization development status.

3. 根据招聘需求运用各种招聘渠道收集简历、面试并推荐候选人到用人部门；

Through various channels to source, interview and shortlist candidates to recommend right candidates according to recruitment requirements.

4. 每周对招聘工作进度进行评估，及时向上级反馈招聘进度；

Review recruitment status on weekly basis and provide timely feedback to superior.

5. 定期审核并更新公司各项职位的岗位说明书；

Review and update Job profiles for various positions whenever necessary.

6. 定期向上级提供招聘进度报告，并对招聘流程的不足之处提出改进措施；

Provide recruitment reports to superior regularly and propose suggestions to improve recruitment process.

7. 管理和拓展招聘渠道并进行相应的评估;

Manage and build up recruitment channels to evaluate the performance on half –yearly basis;

8. 与HR部门其他同事密切合作,改进现有HR各项流程，规章和制度;

Work together with HR peers on improving existing working process and procedure.

任职资格：

Requirements

1. 三年以上招聘工作经验，熟悉各种招聘工具和招聘渠道（In-house HR或猎头公司工作经历者优先）；

3 years working experience in recruitment either as in house HR or headhunter.

2. 良好的招聘技能，并能够熟练使用各种招聘渠道；

Good recruitment capability, and able to use recruitments skillfully.

3. 具有一定的英语书写能力，以及能够熟练操作办公软件

Able to read and write in English and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Project, etc.

4. 熟悉国家相关劳动法律、法规，熟悉人力资源管理工作流程和运作方式；

Familiar with China labor law and how HR processes and procedures operate.

5. 擅于协调和沟通，具备优秀的执行力；

Strong communication skills and excellent execution required.

6. 工作积极主动，能适应快节奏工作环境，并且有团队精神，尊重他人；

A high-energy self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and also a team player that treats individuals with dignity and respect.
