This is a Contractor Role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and welcome office visitors and provide appropriate direction.

- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages, fax messages.

- Deal with public inquiries to the office.

- Arrange transportation / documentation and agenda preparation.

- Arrange driver's daily job, follow and arrange car-pool utilization based on receiving application.

- Arrange daily administrative work like canteen, cleaning, greenery etc.

- Be responsible for administrative vendor and contract management.

- Provide ordering and distribution service of office supplies and maintain adequate inventory of office supplies.

- Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system.

- Provide other secretarial support to office management department.

- Other responsibilities assigned by the manager.

General Requirements:

* Diploma holder or above in administration/related.

* About 2 years working experiences as administration work.

* Able to use all Microsoft application.

* Good command in oral and written English.

* Loyal, honest and responsible.

* Positive & Flexible.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proactive worker and problem solver.
