Summary of Client:
我们的客户是位于世界前列的某著名豪华品牌的汽车销售及服务公司,业务范围主要集中在华南地区,其在深圳、广州、东莞、成都等地均设立了分公司。
Reporting Lines:
Report to: HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for GZ headquarters’ recruitment:
* Search, screen, select and interview candidates from HR side and recommend to line managers for second or final interview if necessary;
* Follow up and fulfill the job vacancies form requisition application to new staff on board according to company policy and align with the recruitment procedure;
* Summit the recruitment weekly report;
* Support recruitment projects such as dealership intern recruitment, campus recruiting activities;
* Contribute good relationship with headhunter.
2. Group HR internal audit for dealerships:
* Being a key person to conduct annual HR audit for dealership, complete audit report;
* Supporting HR Manager update audit procedure and practice guideline;
* Communicate with local HR on logistic arrangement for audit schedule;
* Work together with local HR to make sure dealership CAP is specific and measurable.
3. Draft & review HR manual:
* According to the local labor laws and government rules, draft & review HR policies and guidelines;
* Ensures HR policies, procedures and guidelines aligned with business requirements and Staff Communication;
* Putting forward corresponding suggestions on compliance for HR manual;
* Communicate and explain related questions with local HR.
4. Support other projects from team manager.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. 5+ years working experience on HR related fields in multinational company with at least 2 years at supervisory level;
3. Be familiar with HR full functions and has practice on recruitment& HR audit;
4. Good understandings on legal and regulations;
5. Excellent writing skill on Chinese, good English both oral and writing, base Cantonese;
6. Integration and can take accountability;
7. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
