我们的客户是位于世界前列的某著名豪华品牌的汽车销售及服务公司，业务范围主要集中在华南地区。因公司业务的迅猛发展，正在陆续建造新的4S店展厅，故此急聘上述职位。
Reporting Lines:
Report to: 项目总监
Key Responsibilities:
1. 负责项目总监指派项目的具体执行，包括概念设计，施工图设计，招投标，施工管理，变更管理，竣工验收；
2. 对所管理的项目在成本，进度和质量控制上严格把关；
3. 解决工程建设中的突发事件和与当地政府保持沟通和协调；
4. 负责对建筑师，设计院图纸的审核和完善，组织设计交底；
5. 合理管理总承包商和各分包商；
6. 按时呈交项目周报，经销商周报，项目月报，及相关的项目报告；
7. 参加网络发展部的例会和工程例会，向管理层汇报工程进展和问题；
8. 对项目团队进行日常管理和评估。
Job Requirements:
1. 持建筑工程或相关学科本科毕业学历；
2. 五年及以上厂房项目、展厅类精装项目管理经验；
3. 具丰富的建筑、安装工程项目经验，精通国家有关建筑安装工程初步规划直至竣工验收所有程序；
4. 极强的质量控制、时间管理及成本控制能力，有同时处理多个项目的经验；
5. 忠诚可靠、勤奋向上，及能承受较大的工作压力及时间压力；
6. 有出色的沟通技巧；
7. 愿意在经常到广东省周边及其它省份出差以跟踪各项目进展。
