职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Develop regional sales strategy and plan to achieve sales objectives;
- Lead the team and drive the implementation of sales strategies and manage the tactical/operational activities in the region to achieve the regional sales targets;
- Plan and control Opex and sales budget for the region;
- Maintain good relationship with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Coordinate with Government Affairs Department to actively manage the government relationship;
- Supervise Are Sales Managers to manage the tender, pricing process;
- Build (recruit/retain/coach/manage) regional sales team and improve the productivity of the sales force by sales effectiveness programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in science, business, medicine or pharmacy;
- Minimum 8 years sales experiences in healthcare industry with good record;
- At least 5 years sales team management experiences in medical or pharmaceutical industry;
- Good knowledge and understanding of medical and pharmaceutical industry;
- Excellence interpersonal and communication skills as well as leadership;
- Self-motivated and can work under pressure;
- Good command of English in writing and speaking.
