Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for overall planning, organizing, leading and controlling of assigned project to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals;

2. Work closely with business departments to fully understand their business to improve their operation process;

3. Lead the planning and implementation of assigned project within specific time;

4. Develop full scale project plans and timelines;

5. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables and track project deliverables;

6. Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders;

7. Project evaluations, learning and case studies upon project completion.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above with major in business management or related, and good knowledge in six sigma;

2. At least three years project management experience in multinational company;

3. At least two years managerial experience;

4. Proficient in PPT、Excel and etc;

5. Good capability both in Chinese and English.
